
Visa Information
All non-Ghanaian citizens require a visa to enter Ghana except for ECOWAS passport holders. For information regarding the visa application process for visiting Ghana, please visit the official Ghana Immigration Service.
If your country has a Ghanaian embassy or consulate, please visit their website and apply for a visa through the regular process. If you require supporting documents, experience difficulties in obtaining a visa, or have a special/unique situation, please email Patrick Abbeyquaye for assistance.
Visa-on-arrival
Ghana provides visa-on-arrival services for citizens of certain countries at a fee of USD $200. For those residing in countries without a Ghanaian embassy or consulate and require assistance, please complete the Visa on Arrival Request Form.
You will need to provide:
A scanned copy of the biodata page of your passport.
A travel itinerary with arrival and departure dates.
Accommodation details (name and address of your stay in Ghana).
An official invitation letter from the Symposium (available on ConfTool).
Supporting documents/letter or a copy of the biodata page of a valid Ghana document from the host (may be required).
Proof of Yellow Fever vaccination.
