Are you a student interested in jump-starting your career in sea turtle biology and conservation?

The Student Committee mission is to connect students with their peers, ease introduction in to the International Sea Turtle Society, and introduce students and others early in their career to opportunities through education and networking events. Students are key to the future of the International Sea Turtle Society and bring new perspectives to our group.

The Student Committee is seeking new members to assist in planning student-focused activities for ISTS Symposium43. This committee is typically comprised of students and early career professionals, which coordinate the following events at ISTS:

• Student Workshop

• Student Mixer

• Speed Chatting with Experts

• Presentation Feedback 

If you plan to attend ISTS Symposium43 and are interested in assisting with any of these activities, you can learn more about specific responsibilities and express interest HERE before 8th December 2024.
